The widespread use of Lotus Notes as mail client in large firms, corporations and small companies has increased the need for a professional tool to integrate the back-end ERP systems Dynamics AX and NAV with Lotus Notes/Lotus Domino.
Dynamics AX is a business management system based on a rather new technological platform. The system contains advanced features for integrating with mail systems, calendars etc., but there is no interface to Lotus Notes.
Intoint has developed INTOGRATE, a tool which integrates the mail part of Dynamics AX and NAV with a Lotus Domino Server using a regular Lotus Notes user’s client.

The tool consists of new classes in Dynamics AX and some changes in the AX class which handles mail. Furthermore a limited version of the standard Intoint tool for integrating Navision Products with Lotus Notes is delivered as part of the tool.
Due to the fact that AX programmers often know little about Lotus Notes the tool is designed in such a way that no changes in Lotus Notes are necessary.
When delivered, the Integration Kit contains an import file for AX, the AX – Lotus Notes integration Kit and a manual for installing.
